Thank you for choosing Next Level Lifestyle and/or Next Level Meal Prep (referred to as “NLL”, “we”, ”our” or “Company”). These Terms of Service applies to NLL‘s website (teamnll.com), social media platforms or other online communications and governs your purchase of products or services sold through Next Level Lifestyle services.

AGREEMENT

A customer’s utilization of Next Level Lifestyle and Next Level Meal Prep constitutes an agreement that the customer intends to be bound by these Terms of Service, including but not limited to social media accounts and any other Next Level Lifestyle and Next Level Meal Prep platforms. Next Level Lifestyle and Next Level Meal Prep reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Utilization of this platform constitutes your agreement to be bound by all such Terms of Service. Next Level Lifestyle and Next Level Meal Prep encourages and expects each customer to familiarize yourself with these Terms of Service. By undertaking Next Level Lifestyle and Next Level Meal Prep’s services, the customer/consumer has consulted with a medical professional or healthcare provider and is in good health to participate. Next Level Lifestyle and Next Level Meal Prep‘s information and services are provided strictly for informational purposes only and we will not be held liable if you get injured or be held responsible for your safety and well-being or if something goes wrong. Next Level Lifestyle and Next Level Meal Prep reminds all customers/consumers that everyone is different and participating in any of our services is done at your own risk. The customer/consumer agrees that utilizing the services, information on our website and social media platforms/  third-party platforms are based on your own free will. You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with any of the services provided on the Next Level Lifestyle and Next Level Meal Prep’s Services. Any physical activity can pose health risks to anyone, regardless of health. ALWAYS PUT YOUR SAFETY FIRST.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Next Level Lifestyle and Next Level Meal Prep and any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages resulting from your use of our website and/or services. These exclusions for damages include, but are not limited to, unforeseen health issues, medical conditions, lost data, work stoppage or any other potential damage or loss.

If you are a California resident, you hereby waive your rights under California Civil Code Section 1542, which states “a general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor.”

You agree to Indemnify, defend and hold Next Level Lifestyle and Next Level Meal Prep, its management, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and subsidiaries and affiliates harmless from and against any claims, actions, demands, damages, awards, judgements, liabilities and settlements including, but without limitation, reasonable legal fees, expenses and costs resulting from Or alleged to result from your violation of these Terms or any use by you of this website in any manner other than expressly authorized in these terms.

TERMS OF SALE

 Next Level Meal Prep sells crafted food (“Meals”) to end-user customer/consumer. We reserve the right to change a Meal’s price or the pricing structure at any time, without notice.

LATE DELIVERIES

Most packages arrive on time. 

Possible reasons for late delivery include the following:

-Incorrect address

-Missing building, floor or unit number 

-Severe weather conditions

Recommended actions:

-Confirm estimated delivery date

-Wait 48 hours to allow for unexpected delays

-Send a message via email with as much information as possible
